Luna Blaise and Kathie Lee Gifford
Luna Blaise, an American actress, is well known for the popular television show Fresh Off the Boat. As a small child her interest in acting has grown. Her first steps were to obtain modelling contracts as well as small comeo roles on feature films. Later, she was offered regular part in television series. Apart from her TV appearances, she appeared in numerous music videos. She's been honored with by the Young Artist Award for the category of Recurring Young Actresses (14-21). Her work participated in are the documentary Vicious Circle", the art film Memoria", the tv series Fresh Off the Boat' and the music video of the hit song Sweatshirt'. Social media is another area that she is well-known. There are more than 1.4m followers on Instagram as well as more than 127.2k followers on Twitter.
Kathie Lee Gifford was the host of the fourth hour show on TODAY, alongside Hoda Kotb from 2008 until April 5, 2019. Entertainment Weekly praised the Gifford and Kotb show as "appointment television" while USA Today called it TODAY's Happy Hour. Gifford wrote TODAY the musical in 2014. The show featured hosts, crew and stars on the program. She also penned the monthly theme song for Everyone Has a Story. Gifford was inducted into the Broadcast & Cable Hall of Fame for 2015. Prior to NBC News Gifford served as the co-host on Live with Regis and Kathie Lee for fifteen years. During that time, she received eleven Emmy nominations. Also, she was a correspondent on Good Morning America for three years. Gifford plays a role as a writer actor, producer, singer and songwriter. She's appeared in many television shows and films throughout her 40-year career. She owns her own label and composed a variety of musicals among them Broadway's SCANDALOUS. This production received an Tony Nomination to be the Best Actress 2012. Gifford has also appeared in Annie and Putting it Together on Broadway. Gifford is also the author of 4 NY Times bestsellers, including the kids' books Party Animals and I Can't believe I've ever said that. She recently co-wrote He Saw Jesus Jesus Is His Name as well as Love Me To Death and recorded them. Also, she launched GIFFT an exclusive line of wines along with the Scheid Family Vineyards located in Monterey CA. Recently, she made her first directorial experience with the film short THE GOD WHO SEE starring Nicole C. Mullen. The two co-wrote the soundtrack for the film. Gifford supports a number of groups for children including Childhelp as well as the Association to Benefit Children which created Cassidy's place and Cody House named in honor of her two children. She is a dedicated humanitarian and received an honorary degree from Marymount University for her humanitarian involvement in labor relations.
